Glitter Geeks Blog Challenge - Red & White

Helloooo its Friday again, I love Fridays.

Time once again for a Glitter Geeks Blog Challenge and this time it is Red and White as it will be St Georges Day on Monday 23rd April.  A change of style of card for me today as normally like colouring images in but i do love simple styles like this too.

I have used adirondack watermelon ink to stamp both the flower stamp and the sentiment and matted the image onto coredinations from the So Mod collection.   I bought this flower and the sentiment  from the NEC about 4 years ago I've never used the sentiment stamp before.  The ribbon is from Ally Pally and it has been sitting there waiting for me to use it for 4 or 5 years too.  You see this is why i really don't need to buy anything else.  I'm still keeping to my birthday promise, ie no craft items until the 1st June at least.

Pop along to the blog and take part if you can,  you have to be in it to win it and this week you could win vouchers from the Octopode factory.

Hope you like it.

  2. Louise I love it! I love the stamp and I think that sentiment is brilliant. And that colour red is gorgeous. I have to curb my spending radically too so, like you, will be looking at all my stuff to see what I have got but not yet used! Isn't it amazing how you NEED something and then put it away and forget about it without ever using it!!
